Elivate recently did a garage conversion for me. I was impressed with them from start to finish. Although a relatively small project, Elivate demonstrated a high level of professionalism and I felt my job was just as important to them as a much bigger and more expensive build. Their customer care and attention to detail was second to none. Communication was excellent and I was assigned an on-site Project Manager who discussed with me daily the plan for the day. The work itself was top class, with the use of local and skilled trades and service providers, who were polite, competent and respectful of me and my home. The project was delivered on time and largely on budget. I am very happy with the final results and I would not hesitate to recommend Elivate for any future building work, large or small.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Elivate did on our two-storey extension, driveway, and garden re-landscaping. After interviewing five builders, we chose Elivate because Mark really stood out. Our project involved building a part single, part double storey extension on the back of the house. The inside of the house was also remodelled, rewired and redecorated to provide a new shower room, an en-suite shower room, a utility room and a large living, dining, kitchen space. We also had all the internal doors replaced, new banisters, a new patio and had our roof replaced. We were nervous before we embarked on our project as we hadn’t done anything of this size before but the Elivate team were great from the start. Mark, the owner, was brilliant in talking us through the phases of the project and reassuring us that the timelines were realistic. Arron the site manager and Craig the project manager were always there to resolve any issues that arose during the project and gave great advice when we needed it. All the team on the project were great to work with and achieved an end result that delighted us. We’d highly recommend Elivate for any building projects. They were brilliant.

We approached Elivate about managing a ground floor side & rear extension to our kitchen area, creating a separate utility area and a significantly enlarged kitchen space. We also wanted an upstairs bathroom refurbishment. We had some prior knowledge of Elivate and were particularly looking for a firm who could plan and oversee the entire project, which is precisely what we got. They introduced to an architect & a kitchen designer who helped us formulate our plans and receive planning permission. They then managed all aspects of the construction and decoration. Without exception everyone on site was highly skilled & friendly, so we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The project was completed to a very high standard within the agreed timeframe, so we are very pleased.
