What a wonderful experience it has been engaging Adele and team at Unique Building Services! From start to finish they approached the job in a super-efficient manner with various bits of equipment (scaffolding, skip, etc) arriving in advance and then the team arriving and cracking on with their respective trades in the most efficient manner. As ever, there were minor changes to the plan required along the way, but nothing was a problem for them and the additional quotes provided were totally reasonable. They had full access to our home and possessions but everything was safe and treated with the utmost respect.

Unique carried out a large-scale refurbishment of our 5-bedroom Victorian terrace house. We were pleased with the quality of the work and the fact that they worked around us, allowing my wife and I to continue working from home. Adele and her workers were friendly and helpful.
